Payment and shipping

1. eTickets (free of charge)
At the end of the booking process, you are sent an email confirmation containing your tickets as a PDF attachment. Please present this document at the electronic turnstiles in the foyer, either as a printed A4 copy or opened on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet). This grants you direct access to the exhibition. Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download free of charge from www.adobe.de, is required to display and print PDF files. Please ensure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your system if you wish to print your eTicket.

2. Delivery by post (service and shipping charge: EUR 4.50):
You can have your original German Football Museum entrance tickets sent by post to your chosen delivery address. Bookings can be made up to six working days before the museum visit.
