The German Football Museum is not only a multifunctional exhibition venue, but also an exceptional event venue. Whether it’s an exclusive conference, an atmospheric reception, a classic gala evening or streaming events utilising the latest technology – with room sizes ranging from 35 to 927 m² and a capacity of up to 900 people, this modern venue offers maximum flexibility for both in-house and external events. Exclusive museum tours and a varied range of guided tours and interactive activities also offer event guests a unique and engaging exhibition experience. Our services draw on the experience gained from organising and staging over 1,500 events since the German Football Museum opened in 2015.

As the temperatures drop, the German Football Museum in Dortmund becomes a special venue for Christmas parties, corporate events and end-of-year celebrations. Centrally located next to Dortmund Central Station, the museum offers the ideal setting for unforgettable events.

Enjoy an atmospheric evening with a winter-themed reception, a varied buffet and a bespoke programme of entertainment. Our exceptional event spaces can accommodate up to 500 people.

From mid-November 2026, the popular WINTER LOUNGE returns, transforming our N11 event venue into a festively decorated winter wonderland. With culinary highlights and space for up to 80 people, it offers the ideal setting for exclusive Christmas parties, team events and end-of-year celebrations.
